[smila-dev] More Lucene and Search bundle refactoring

Hi all,

I did some more refactoring of the Lucene and Search bundles, removing
obsolete classes, schemas and merging bundles/packages were possible.

The following bundles are obsolete and will be removed from the
Repository:
- org.eclipse.smila.search.tools
- org.eclipse.smila.search.tools.indexstructure

org.eclipse.smila.search.search will be renamed to
org.eclipse.smila.search.tools


I expect some temporary build errors until all changes are commited
(especially renaming).
