AW: [smila-dev] More Lucene and Search bundle refactoring

Hi all,

On request by Igor org.eclipse.smila.search.search was be renamed to org.eclipse.smila.search.utils, included packages are also renamed from tools to utils.

All changes should be checked in and the build should run again.

Please report any problems to me.
