Hi

yes, indeed - even if not validating the XML file, the same error occurs in 
case of the copyright information is kept at the top of the XML file 
(specified by the W3 standards).

so, the copyright information inside of XML files should be (as also 
suggested by Ivan) right after the first declaration line.
