[scout-dev] scout release milestones

dear scout committers

two things:
1) on bugzilla i have just added target milestone 3.8.2 (juno sr2, going live februar 22nd 2013). 
2) for the kepler release i would like to add target milestones m2 ... m7, if there are any objections from your side please let me know by the end of this week (hint: created milestones cannot be removed at a later time)
