Hi Ian,

Here is the information for Eclipse January:

  • Release Version: 2.1.0

  • 2-3 Features:

    • Eclipse January now provides support for units of measurement metadata
    • Eclipse January jars released on Maven Central
    • Users may now get started easily with Eclipse January APIs and Java 9's JShell
  • Project Summary:

    Eclipse January is a set of libraries for handling numerical data in Java. It is inspired in part by NumPy and aims to provide similar functionality.

it looks like the sharing permissions are that anybody with the link
can "view" the document.  You would need to amend it to anybody with
the link can "edit" the document.
