A fix that I implemented yesterday required a change in the annotation processor. When you sync to HEAD or move to build 307 or newer, make sure that you update your dev environment so that you are using the corresponding version of the Sapphire annotation processor.

Using old annotation processor with the new runtime will likely result in some pretty wonky property enablement behavior.
