Thanks for approving Glyn. Indeed Tobias and Jens have volunteered to work on a particular area of the equinox incubator. This work area has a number of interested parties and the team chose to use the incubator so there would be a common place at eclipse to do the work. One of the other benefits of this approach is that it gives new people a chance to contribute and show what they can do. That is, a persons nomination may well mark the beginning of their journey to committership on the mainline project related to the incubator.
The e4 and equinox incubators have been working under this model for some time with considerable success at fostering new contributors.
I hope that clarifies things sufficiently.
