Re: [rmf-dev] Building RMF

Hello Rene,

I assume you're interested in building via Eclipse (not on the server).  The easiest is as follows:
  • Set the target platform that is stored in org.eclipse.rmf.releng.target (There are two, not sure whether both work)
  • Run the product stored in org.eclipse.rmf.releng.product
Best,

- Michael

Hello everyone,

i just cloned into the RMF repo (git clone https://git.eclipse.org/r/p/rmf/org.eclipse.rmf) but i can't find any information on how to build it. I tried to build by cd'ing into the "org.eclipse.rmf.serialization" directory and running 'mvn package', but there are unresolved dependencies:

Missing requirement: org.eclipse.rmf.serialization 0.7.0.qualifier requires 'bundle org.eclipse.core.runtime 0.0.0' but it could not be found

I'd be grateful for any hints on how to successfully build this.

Thanks in advance
René
