[rmf-dev] Switching RMF to Gerrit

Dear all,

We expect to receive more and more  contributions from people who are not committers (mostly Students).  Therefore, we would like to migrate to Gerrit eventually.

IMPORTANT: Once we migrated to Gerrit, all committers will have to update their git repository URL.  More information: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Gerrit
