[riena-dev] Commit rights for Jordan Dukadinov have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Jordan Dukadinov
(jdukadinov).  The reason for this change is:

Jordan has contributed and committed a lot of really valuable features and
bug fixes to Riena. We highly appreciate his effort. In the meantime he has
decided to follow a new path and wont return to Riena.

To honor Jordan's contributions to the project, Christian Campo has
nominated Jordan for Committer Emeritus status.
