[riena-dev] Commit rights for Steffen Kriese have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Steffen Kriese (skriese).
 The reason for this change is:

Steffen did contribute quite a number of bugfixes and features to Riena. He
has been inactive for a number of years now and is very unlikely to return.
So I decided to remove him from the list of committers.

To honor Steffen's contributions to the project, Christian Campo has
nominated Steffen for Committer Emeritus status.
