[riena-dev] Some logging refactoring

Hi,

I had a sudden impulse to clean up a few things within the 
infrastructure of our logging. Don´t panic - it should have no effect on 
the existing usage and API.
In detail:
- simplified initialization of the logging infrastructure
- simplified  the RienaActivator and RienaPlugin
- removed usage of deprecated api
- moved LoggerProvider to internal (has never been api :-| )

With that the infrastructure is easier to understand and maintain.
