[rap-dev] Obsolete pom file in incubator-releng

Hi,

there are two incubator parent poms in the
org.eclipse.rap.incubator.releng project: pom.xml [1], and
parent/pom.xml [2]. Both have the same group and artifact ids but
different versions. I suppose that [1] is not needed anymore and can
be removed. Am I missing something?
