[rap-dev] Kepler SR2 - done? ... done!

Good Morning Developers,

I checked that there were...

- no commits in any of the Git repositories in the 2.1-maintenance branches and

- no changes in any upstream bundles that we consume from Eclipse Platform

As far as I know all planned fixes have been backported to 2.1 (since RC2), and with the last updates in RC3 I don't see any reason that requires a new build/contribution for RC4 this week.

Therefore I'd like to call RAP 2.1.2 for Kepler SR2 as done.
