[rap-dev] Gerrit: 'Rebase If Necessary' strategy

Hi Committers and Contributors,

we are still trying to improve our Gerrit story and one issue that has been brought up in the past weeks was the log/history. After some discussion we decided to switch to the 'Rebase If Necessary' strategy in both Git repositories, RAP Runtime and RAP Tools.
