[rap-dev] RAP 2.2 M2 now available

Hi all,

RAP 2.2 M2 is now available for download [1] as 'latest stable build'. Among other bug fixes it contains the new tooltips and is compatible with the new filedialog implementation from the RAP Incubator project.
