[rap-dev] qooxdoo 0.6.5 released - dual licened under EPL / LGPL 
Great news from the qooxdoo project. They have finalized their
conversion from LGPL to dual licensing under EPL / LGPL with the latest
release (0.6.5).

Given that release and with parallel IP being in place we should be able
to provide M1 in the next couple of days.
