[qvtd-dev] Interim fixes

Hi

I have pushed a few minor fixes to master. Most notably

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=460467

now allows QVTi guard/bottom variables in any domain without restriction 
on the domain of referenced variables.

You need to install the latest QVTd I-build or N-build to get this 
support in the editor.

I recommend installing
