Do you know what the latest version tested with 4.5.1 would be?  I have a bit of process involved with getting access to it at the business level so I am trying to reduce the possibility of having a compatibility problem as much as possible.

I’m not sure if there are any dependencies on 4.6 or not. PTP depends on CDT and other projects which may have some dependencies. Generally we don’t test on previous versions of Eclipse, but there’s nothing stopping you trying it.
