Hello all,

While i tried to configure the resource manger to communicate with Open MPI environment, i get the following error while starting the resource manager.

Internal Error while running discover command: Empty hostfile is not allowed

(remptetools://Galaxy_Open_MPI/etc/openmpi_default_hostfile).

Is there any problem with Open MPI installation in the machine? I can run simple MPI program using mpirun. Its just that i cannot make it work using eclipse PTP.
