[ptp-user] Remote Make Builder not building

Hi,

I've been noticing with some of my remote projects I cannot build or
make them.  On line 90 of RemoteMakeBuilder.java (from yesterday's
CVS), it looks like shouldBuild() is returning false because
BUILD_CLEAN_ENABLED is not set for the project.  Is there something
I'm doing wrong when setting up my project?
