I tested it on openSUSE 12.3 64 bit

I had to install the "Parallel Tools Platform SDK" to see the developer
documentation. The link to the JAXB schema is now correct, which means
that the change actually made it into the build! I also created a
synchronized project, submitted a job and checked it on the monitoring
perspective and it worked fine.
