Re: [ptp-dev] PTP 7.0.2 and Photran 8.1.2 released

These are used to build all-in-one PTP packages. In addition to the Parallel packages on http://download.eclipse.org for each major Eclipse release, we are now building packages for each PTP release, including point releases (7.0.2, etc.) These are available from the PTP downloads site: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/kepler.
