[ptp-dev] RC2 done?

OK i have moved the most recent build into our RC2 area to be picked up by the simrel aggregation later today.
It got these last two bug fixes:
1. [409310] Remove forge configurations from plugin.xml. — Greg Watson / detail
2. Bug 409395 - Without toolchain selection, New Sync project gives NPE — John Eblen / detail

I'd like to think we're done with RC2 now... fingers crossed.

For reference it got ptp-master-7.0.0.201305291656.zip
which has
org.eclipse.ptp_7.0.0.201305291645 and
org.eclipse.photran_8.1.0.201305211400

...on to RC3 ... and testing. stay tuned for when/where the official bits will be available.
