I've added jaxb.contrib to the Juno features since it was missing. Markus has kindly included it in the EPP build, so it will be there for testing.

I've removed PPW from Juno until we get confirmation that it is being tested and maintained. I've also removed SCI since I don't think it is high volume, and can be downloaded from the PTP update site.

Let me know if you have any objections.
