[ptp-dev] Remote resource manager changes

Hi,

In preparation for providing support for remote development, I've  
refactored the abstract base classes for remote resource managers out  
of the org.eclipse.ptp.remote plugin (this will now provide remote  
services independent of PTP core). These are now located in  
org.eclipse.ptp.rm.remote. I've also updated the dependency  
information on all the existing resource managers and the debugger.  
You'll need to check out this new plugin (located in org.eclipse.ptp/ 
core on the CVS server) in order for PTP to build.
