[ptp-dev] PLDT checkins

I am about to commit lots of files for PLDT changes.
If anyone is tracking HEAD for PLDT, I wanted to warn you.
Things don't work perfectly yet, but I want to get them checked in.

The new MPI project wizard is being extended to work for OpenMP too.
The new projects show up in the project types.  (but all the project
settings don't work yet, only MPI works so far).
Also there is a new toolbar menu for PLDT analysis functions, but it
doesn't work yet.
Just warning you.
I don't suggest anyone get the changes quite yet.
