Of course, it doesn't work yet, but at least everything is now  
compiling.

Immediate to do:

1. Fit new attribute system into model elements. This includes  
creating and updating the attribute information for each element.

2. Deal with proxy errors. In particular, need to work out what to do  
with ProxyTimout, ProxyDisconnect and ProxyError events.

3. Make sure the RM commands (submitJob, etc.) are implemented all  
the way downstream.

4. Fix up model element ID issues.

5. Update LSF and ORTE proxy to work with new protocol.

6. Merge latest debug changes from HEAD.

7. Merge into HEAD.

Other to do:

1. Fix up the model!

2. Create an ID class to replace int.
