[ptp-dev] PTP 1.1 I200702222000 build available

Hi all,

I've uploaded the I200702222000 build of PTP 1.1. This has also been  
tagged RC3. You can get it from http://www.eclipse.org/ptp/builds.php.

This build offers a number of bug fixes that improve the handling of  
multiple runtime systems, and restores lost OpenMPI functionality.  
We've also changed the semantics of stepping in the debugger so that  
it is more intuitive. This build targets the following versions of  
OpenMPI and MPICH2. It will *only* work with these versions, so you  
will need to update again (sorry about that).

OpenMPI 1.2b4
OpenMPI 1.0.2
MPICH2 1.0.5p2

Please run through the test plan if you get a chance.
