[ptp-dev] Changed the job layout

Hi Greg,

   I have updated the job view.  Please have a look of it.  I added the 
check box for selecting the job.  If  the breakpoint is created when 
there is no job selected, this breakpoint will become global.  This 
breakpoint will apply for all the jobs.  I also added an additional 
overlayered image on this breakpoint.  Currently, I used "C" for the 
image.  I think it is better if you can create an image with "G" for 
global breakpoint image.  This global breakpoint can only create or 
remove if there is no job selected.
