[polarsys-iwg] UML Generators - creation review successful

Dear PolarSys community,

I’m pleased to announce that the UML Generators Project has just passed 
the creation review !

The next step is the validation/provisioning phase:
- VCS commit rights for the contributors identified as initial 
committers in the proposal
- download site
- developer mailing list, forum and bugzilla
- project web site

When this phase is over, the code defined in the proposal will be 
provided to the initial contribution phase (IP process).
The code is being migrated to prepare this phase. This consists in:
- fitting the Eclipse naming conventions
- checking the copyright and license notices
- homogenizing it according to coding style, version numbers and build 
process (this may be refined later with all the committers)

For information, at this point, more committers may be added via a 
committer election.

In the next weeks, we will initialize a wiki page to set up contribution 
rules. I keep you informed via the project mailing list.

After these steps, this first base of code will manage to be pushed on 
Eclipse Git.
