Objet : [polarsys-iwg] Next Polarsys teleconference meeting

Dear all,

The best day for our meeting in the doodle was a day off in France. I suspect several other French did not notice that as they were all available for the meeting. I doubt they would connect so I choose the second best which is:

Friday May 17th at 17:00 (Paris time)

We will use the following calling numbers:

* Ottawa (local call in Ottawa) 1-613-454-1403

* North America (toll free) 1-877-369-7806

* Germany (local call anywhere in Germany) +49-692-2224-6059

* France (local call anywhere in France) +33-17-070-8535

* UK (toll free) 0800-033-7806

* Switzerland (local call anywhere in Switzerland) +41-44-580-2115

Participant conference extension: 435, then enter pin 8314

* SIP clients can call 435@asterisk.eclipse.org, then enter pin 8314.

If you want to add something specific to the agenda listed below, please post an email to the mailing list.

Best regards,

Gaël Blondelle

Dear all,

With our participation to EclipseCon in Boston and a busy time since I am back, I forgot to send a doodle to plan for the next Polarsys teleconference.
After the discussion at the end of the last teleconference, some of you have a teleconference planned today at 17:00, but this one is cancelled.

Here is the doodle to fill for the next Polarsys teleconference: http://www.doodle.com/37nwp8dgeqm9iuey
Please fill it soon so that we can choose a date at the beginning of next week.

I think that we need more than one hour to address our agenda including:
* News about Polarsys
* Membership
* New projects
* Upcoming events
* Status about the "Maturity Assessment Working Group" by Gaël Blondelle (see http://www.polarsys.org/wiki/index.php/MaturityAssessmentWG)
* Status about the "Proposals and Project migration" Working Group by Pierre Gaufillet (see http://www.polarsys.org/wiki/index.php/NewProjectsWG)
* Status about the "Project Planning Committee" Working Group by Alain Rossignol and Lei Pi (See http://www.polarsys.org/wiki/index.php/ProjectPlanningCommitteeWG)

So I plan for two hours even if I think that it would fit in 1h30.

Best regards,
Gaël Blondelle
