Re: [polarsys-iwg] [polarsys-infra] Question about IWG Participation Fees

Eric,

This question would be better addressed on the polarsys-iwg list. I've cross-posted it above. I you haven't already subscribed to polarsys-iwg, please do so.

This infra list is for discussions related to the Polarsys development forge and related infrastructure.

Thanks.

Subject: [polarsys-infra] Question about IWG Participation Fees

Dear all,

As far as I understand this following paragraph extracted from the Redistribution Article of the IWG agreement: “The Steering Committee of the Working Group will be responsible for categorizing the copyrightable material, including without limitation software, documentation, articles, whitepapers, and presentation materials (“Content”) that is produced by the Working Group. Categories will include “Working Group Private”, “LTS Binary”, and others defined by the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will establish guidelines for the use of these categories of Content.” seems to mean that, after the OPEES project period, a current OPEES Member might no longer have access to Source code and Documentation of Tools such as TopCased as long as its participation fees will not be paid. Is my understanding correct?

Best Regards,
