We have moved the jarprocessor code
in org.eclipse.update.core into its own source folder to make it easier
to maintain and to help with bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=178886.

The move of the actual source files
was done on the server so that history can be maintained.  If you
have org.eclipse.update.core checked out in your workspace, you may need
to replace with head if a synchronize does not pick up that the files have
moved out of the src directory.
