Hi Dorian,
Do you know if anyone else is mirroring the 3.2 core update
sites (Callisto and Eclipse project)? It would be interesting to compare notes
on how they manage the process of updating the update sites.

One reason you may want to mirror
the site locally is to use it in conjuction with the update policy, and enforce
all the updates to be picked up from the local mirror. This would be useful for
saving on the bandwidth and for ensuring no new updates get picked up (so you
have control over what's on your developer's machines).
