the world is getting faster and so is the Eclipse platform project...
Please see Dani email below, our master is open again for new 4.7 development.
Happy committing. Great to see the Eclipse project getting more and more agile.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to Neon!
Effective immediately, The master branch is open for Oxygen (4.7) but
we will not do builds until Neon is declared. Also, we will only
update the parent POM versions once we start the builds for Oxygen.
