[platform-ui-dev] Gerrit build trigger for Platform UI - Disable "Clean

Friends of Eclipse,

I would like to remove  the "Clean workspace before build" flag in our
Platform UI Gerrit build. AFAIK this flag was necessary in the past,
as the build created dirt.  As Platform UI does not create any "dirt"
in their build, I think this flag is not necessary anymore.

That should reduce the necessary time to clone the Git repository significantly.

Any concerns? Please give feedback in
