Ok. Indeed, now I looked at it in more details and it
seems to be fixing line numbers, but not providing any way to enable word
wrap.
However, the implementation there seems generic enough and doesn't depend
on anything from this word-wrap plugin, so it seems to be a good candidate
for inclusion anyway.
Mickael, did you look at the patch and
did it really fix the reported word wrap bug? If it's a fix to enable another
plug-in then this should be tracked by a separate bug with steps to validate
the fix. I'll take a look if something like that is present.

Now, I did, and you're right.
However, it's difficult to understand the expectation from the Bugzilla
and Gerrit status. Maybe you could add a note for Florian on this bugzilla
entry to motivate him to contribute the enablement of word-wrap as well.
