[platform-ui-dev] Work on 4.3.1 Fwd: [eclipse-dev] Eclipse Kepler 4.3 SR

Please read the endgame plan document.  We have a number of bugs we are trying to address for 4.3.1, feel free to assign yourself to a bug you think you can fix:

Important Dates: Aug 28th is our 4.3.1 RC2, our target to have fixed any bugs we want in Kepler SR1

Our process for fixing 4.3.1 bugs:

1) fix the bug in master.  You can use Gerrit if you wouldn't mind a review

2) Change the target milestone to 4.4 M1 and mark it fixed.

3) clone the bug and give it a target milestone of 4.3.1 for backport

4) you must push the fix to Gerrit for the R4_3_maintenance branch (it's OK to use the same Change-Id for a different branch in Gerrit, so you don't have to amend the commit after it's cherry-picked to R4_3_maintenance).

5) get another committer to review the fix and approve it
