Some days ago Remy deleted a duplicate tag on the 
'eclipse.platform.ui.git' repository but today it was again in the 
repository. I've fixed it again.

It looks like someone (or a script?) of us uses a push spec that always 
pushes all tags to the server. In general that should not be done to avoid 
private garbage in the shared repository. Please review and fix your specs 
accordingly. In case you really need/want to push all tags then please 
make sure that you delete the tag 'INITIAL' in your clone before pushing 
the next time.
