I *think* it was created by the tagging
script that I run yesterday. There were no changes so we should be able
to delete that tag if it presents any problem.

I fetched this morning and noticed that there was a new
'v' tag. It seems this was created about 45 hours ago.

Maybe someone made a mistake or the tagging script is bad, not sure which
it is but I thought I'd raise the issue so others are aware.
