[platform-ui-dev] Strange 'v' tag spotted in Git...

I fetched this morning and noticed that there was a new 'v' tag. It seems this was created about 45 hours ago.
http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/tag/?h=R4_development&id=v

Maybe someone made a mistake or the tagging script is bad, not sure which it is but I thought I'd raise the issue so others are aware.
