[platform-ui-dev] Build and Triage schedule for 4.2 M2

Hi everybody,

We're switching back to rotating build and bug triage:

For 4.2 M2, Remy will be on Triage.

Oleg will be on build submissions, with a minor modification.  The git repo should be checked and tests run prior to the build submission, but Andrew Niefer will be doing the actual submissions.  If there are any problems with the state of the repo (found by running the tests), please talk to Andrew so that the build submission can include any corrective content.
