[platform-ui-dev] Build Submission (I200408240800)

The map file has been updated for I200408240800. Unfortunately, on my machine
Eclipse and the test suites fail to launch. After much hunting, I couldn't
find a commit that might have caused the problem; hopefully, it is a
temporary glitch related to my machine. The following fixes are included:
+ Bug 34421. [Encodings] Encodings inconsistent between pref and editor
+ Bug 36813. [MPE] MultiEditorInput does not override the equals method
+ Bug 61905. [ActivityMgmt] Need API to access the set of defaultEnabled
activities
+ Bug 63223. Use null to clear message text instead of empty string
+ Bug 65741. [Progress] IDeferredWorkbenchAdapter#fetchDeferredChildren needs
to handle errors better
+ Bug 66318. Performance: Decorators cause bad type hierarchy performance
+ Bug 67203. [Import/Export] Import from Zip File and File System gives no
feedback about read-only files
+ Bug 67900. [Viewers] Label provider return values need clarifying
+ Bug 68568. [JFace] Unreadable button fonts (partial fix)
