I've created an R3_0_maintenance branch of the org.eclipse.ui.tests.rcp 
project.
Since this project was first versioned just after 3.0, and therefore does 
not have an R3_0 tag, I tagged the start point (v2004071455 -- 
post-formatting) as R3_0_maintenance_pre_branch.
