[platform-ui-dev] Reminder: Build Submission

This is just a reminder that there will be a build submission today at 4 p.m.  
Please try to have all new features for M8 in today by then.

Next week is milestone week.  As such, please try to avoid committing anything 
to head except show-stopping bug fixes until M8 is declared final on Thursday 
or Friday next week.  Branches are your friend.  :)
