[platform-ui-dev] Reminder re extension point schema

This is just a reminder that we now need to avoid manual editing of the 
extension point schema HTML files under doc/.
These should be automatically generated from the extension point schema 
files under schema/.

Tod is reviewing how best to do this and meet the needs of the build 
process.
