[platform-ui-dev] Test pass 3

For the current test pass (today and tomorrow), please follow the test 
plan from test pass 2.

Also, please ensure that any F1, F2 and F3 PRs you reported are verified, 
and mark the PR verified.
Please focus on the F3s first since they are the most likely to have 
regressions that have not yet been found.
It would also be good to re-verify PRs which you fixed.
