[platform-ui-dev] Progress and Fixing PRs

Last week's fix pass was incredibly productive. 
Our team fixed over 180 PRs (really fixed, not counting dups, later, 
invalid), half of which were P1s (not too surprising since we were 
focussing on the P1s and P2s).
While we still have a good number of P1s (45 or so), many of these are 
mostly complete or are UI placeholders for PRs in other components.

Looking ahead to the next fix pass, any fixes to be done between now and 
Freeze 3 (Wed Jun 12) have the following rule in effect:
"Component Lead + 1 Arch Team member must approve all work - no changes 
released without approval"
(as per the plan at http://eclipse.org/eclipse/freeze_plan_2_0.html).

We also need to announce which changes we intend to make on the mailing 
list, to allow committers to veto if they have concerns.
At the end of the test pass, I will send out a note indicating which PRs 
we intend to address.

I am flagging PRs which are candidates for Freeze 3 as having milestone 
F3.
The comments will indicate whether they have been approved for fixing.
Please hold off releasing any fixes until approval has been indicated.
There are also the following requirements for verifying any changes: "2nd Committer code check required, reporter verifies fix (where possible)"

The current test pass covers this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
In order to make the most of the test pass, please hold off fixing PRs 
until Thursday (unless we encounter a critical one which holds up further 
testing).
Fix pass 2 starts Thursday morning.
