[platform-ui-dev] Submission for the Eclipse UI Guidelines document

Attached are documents submitted for inclusion in the Eclipse UI Guidelines.
The submission includes a screen shot of Rational XDE Professional version
2002 that contains unsaved changes.  The XDE editor indicates unsaved
changes by the display of an asterisk in the editor tab.  This screen shot
reflects editor appearance described in Guideline 5.18.  

Attachment descriptions:
The Excerpt from the Eclipse UI guidelines shows the placement of the XDE
editor from the screen shot in the guidelines.  
The complete screen shot of Rational XDE Professional v2002 is included in
Rational XDE editor screen shot.zip
